Artists for the Barnes: Hope Broker
Hope Broker, hard working member of Friends of the Barnes Foundation and
former student of The Barnes has this to say about her donated work.
'The richness of life drawing lies in the challenges each model presents
by conveying a particular language. I majored in voice at the Temple University
College of Music Education and studied art at The Art Students League, The
Barnes Foundation, and The Fleisher Art Memorial. I find a specific
connection between the lyricism in musical line and the lyrical motion as
the figure engages in ever changing positions.'
